5-7 servings
ingredients:
1 pumpkin
2 carrots
2 oranges
cooking oil
salt
curry powder
natural flavor yogurt, mint/basil lwaf
1) cut d skin of pumpkin thoroughly n carrots.
2) slice pumpkin n carrots
3) heat up oil, put in carrots, cook for 3-5 min, add in pumpkin, cook for 15 min, add in water, cook until soft. cool.
4) when d mixture's cooled down, blend until no more solid
5) squeeze oranges n gt d juice
6) add orange juice, a lil bit of curry powder & salt into d mixture n cook for 5-10 min
7) put a lil yogurt & mint/basil leaf to decorate
8) serve hot!
CAUTION:
WATCH OUT, d soup will spurt all over when it's boiled!
if d soup is too thick, make sure heat with low/medium heat. stir it while cooking. but careful
