Huang's Homemade Recipe---~Healthy Burger~

Wanna eat burger bt alr bored with d patties out there? no worries. here are some tips. Huang's DIM patties!

ingredients:
A)Patties:
Mushroom,tiny diced
Meat/coarse minced--pork/beef(with 20-30% fat)
Eggs
Herbs
Salt
Pepper powder
canola/Cooking oil

B)Bacon:
meat with fat

C)burger:
A+B+:
Lettuce
Tomato,sliced
Avocado,sliced
Mushrooms,sliced
Onion/pineapple/olive,sliced
Buns,toasted
Cheese
Mayo

1)chop meat into tiny pieces/coarsely minced,dice mushrooms
2)Mix egg, lil bit of salt, pepper powder, herbs, diced mushrooms, minced meat.
3)shape d meat with wet hands, into abt 2cm thick patties.
4)sear d patties, sliced mushrooms and bacon with lil canola/cooking oil(nvr overheat,to prevent outside being overcooked, while inside is still rare; nvr underheat, to prevent juices loss)
5)while searing the patties, top with cheese n cooked bacon before leaving the pan, and leave aside
6)lastly, cut d bun into 4:6, lightly sear, put on mayo, top with lettuce, mushroom patty+ cheese+bacon, avocado, tomato, onion, lettuce again and d top part of of bun.
7)served hot!



* if u wan ur patties to be more interesting, shape d meat in abt 1.5cm,use a clean egg to push lightly in d middle of d patty, add in some other ingredients, such as cheese and cover another layer of patty and shape it nicely.

Huang's Homemade Recipe---~Ice Cream~

What a hot day.. thinking of having ice cream? lazy to go out and get one? let's do it at home. DIM ice cream, do it myself ice cream.

only 3 simple ingredients and u'll hv a tasty ice cream

Whipping cream,鲜奶油
Milk,牛奶
Jam,果酱(any flavor)

with d ratio of 8:7:5.
one person's serving, u can hv 80g,70g and 50g.

1)whisk whipping cream + jam thoroughly
2)add in milk and continue whisking
3)pour into container, keep in freezer for couple hours
4)served chill!!

Lan Je Steam Fish, Rawang

That day after a short trip in Perak, my fren suggested to go and eat nice food. After a long chit chatting,crazying n laughing all d way from high way, we have reached the place where my fren mentioned, Lan Je Restaurant.

It was after raining, n still drizzle out there. but believe it or not, it's full house!! many to be seated customers too. and look at d people there, one person one fish. wow! so same thing,10++ ppl of us also ordered one fish for each. and 2 fried lady fingers.



d fish is so fresh, so sweet. as it's jus caught from d feeding pond behind their shop.



d topping is so special n kinda tasty. there r 2 choices, spicy or non spicy. of cos, me, as a lil chili queen will order a spicy one. d sauce is very salty and spicy. of cos, it will be neutralized when it comes with rice. i can feel the taste of ginger, garlic, chili, soya sauce, with d fish and spring onion, all mixed well when u start biting d fish. yummy~



imagine d fish meat, so white, so tender, so fresh! u wont feel the stink at all. and d price is 14~16 if im nt mistaken. for a fresh 非洲鱼, it's considered as worthy d lo. those seeling in market, are dead which u wont know how long ago, already arnd RM5-9 depend on weight.

TRY IT, u wont regret trying!
